What a phenomenal home!! We felt right at home Straight away, Suzie was so helpful with every thing we needed. The rooms were huge, our family had enough space for themselves and also to be together. We enjoyed our stay at Bond Street Apartment. The apartment was clean, well presented and had nice quality fixtures and furnishings. Comfortable beds. Good heating. There is a charming old lift that was very handy as we had a lot of luggage.
The location was perfect to access downtown Dunedin on foot. We used the street parking option and never had an issue getting a park out the front of the building. Suzie was a responsive and accomodating host.

The aaprtment was ina beautiful building and looked historic to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen and I had the pleasure to use the brand new stove. There are plenty of of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you're a Farmers Market lover like me the Apartment is 8 minutes walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs). Chinese Gardnen & Queens Gardne are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the Host was very carign and sweet. Thank you Suzie.
